Señores de Tripadvisor Nos hospedamos en " Refugio Farellones" Primeramente mi reserva quedó confirmada con el valor que a continuación copio y pego. Luego, el día que llegamos al hospedaje, ya instalados, me llega un segundo correo ( foto adjunta ) cobrando injustamente un cargo de 570 usd siendo que los extranjeros no pagan IVA( menos si el pago es en dólares), y si así fuera. Claramente en el correo de reservación se puede leer 3000 dólares finales. De una forma casi prepotente nos exigieron tal pago, interrumpiendo a las 22:30 tocando la puerta los dueños del lugar, la señora Taru Haya Hoffman juntos a su pareja, exigiendo tal pago o “si nos nos gustaba, podíamos irnos “ lo cual entregamos en efectivo y en billete dólar el valor total del hospedaje más el IVA (3300 ya que insistimos en lo cobrado injusto a último momento) Tampoco recibimos ningún comprobante.
