Situated right above West Bay, the Main Villa and Guest Villas of Villa Topaz offer expansive Caribbean ocean views all around you! There are six amazing master suites throughout both villas (Main - 4 Bedrooms, 4.5 Bathrooms and Guest - 2 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms). Each Master Suite has luxurious King size Layla mattresses and Brooklinen sheets, comforters, pillows and towels. All the ensuites are luxurious, with his and her sinks, outdoor showers with oversized rainheads and private water closets. Every suite in the Main Villa even has a private balcony! Both central living spaces feature a complete gourmet kitchen with stainless steel gas ranges, french door refrigerators, dishwashers, microwaves and a beverage fridge in the Main Villa. Our villas are located in the island's premier community of Lighthouse Estates, a short 5 minute walk down the hill to West Bay Beach - Voted #1 beach in Central America by TripAdvisor. There are many awesome restaurants, coffee shops and beach dining options along West Bay Beach.

Getting around

There is no need to rent a car if you would like to explore West Bay or West End. A short walk down the hill and you are on one of the top rated beaches in Central America! From West Bay you can hop in a water taxi to West End and spend an afternoon shopping, eating or just relaxing. Local taxi drivers and chartered buses are available if you want to continue relaxing but still explore the rest of the island! For the more adventurous travelers a vehicle could be rented to explore all the other beautiful attractions Roatan has to offer.

We are only 35 Minutes From the Airport: - Turn left, heading west, on the main road out of the airport (Carretera Principal) for 8.6 miles - Continue on the main road until West End - Turn left before West End and continue for 2.6 miles - Turn Right onto West Bay Road - Continue on the main road through West Bay Village, past Paradise Hotel, Infinity Bay Resort and Grand Roatan At the top of the winding hill you will find Villa Topaz!
