Podere La Casina, Tuscany set in astounding natural surrounding

1 of 31
Villa -
5 Bedrooms , 3 Bathrooms , Sleeps 12
Poppi, Province of Arezzo, Tuscany
Five bedrooms, 4 double bedrooms and one bedroom with two single beds, 3 full bathrooms each with a shower. Large living room with stereo, CD, SAT TV and a large fireplace.
Many outdoor eating areas - overlooking the castle, overlooking the pool and overlooking the surrounding Tuscan scenery. Villa La Casina is really close to Poppi, about 4km, one of the most beautiful castles in Italy and from the terrace you have a wonderful view of the castle, imposing on the top of a hill. Casentino National Park with its secular forest grown up over the high mountain is right behind it. This is the place where the river Arno rises before flowing down to Florence and Pisa

About the neighbourhood
trips to important Art cities like Arezzo and Florence. Another suggestion is to go to Perugia direction and visit beautiful towns like Anghiari, Sansepolcro and Monterchi.

Arezzo is a city in Tuscany, Italy that was an important Etruscan town. It was known to the Romans as Arretium. Arezzo was made in the 11th cent. a free commune, siding with the Ghibellines. Arezzo is also famous for Guido d'Arezzo, the Medieval abbot who originated solfeggio (the mnemonic music system known to many from the song in The Sound of Music that starts 'Do, a deer'). Nowadays, it is an agricultural trade centre and has machine, clothing, gold, and jewellery industries and is also a tourist centre.
