There is gas central heating and a radiator. The location is perfect if you are lovers of quiet urbanisations. The Monterrey urbanisation, belonging to Palma de Gandia, is located between this one and Real de Gandia, for which reason you will have all the possible options in terms of services like bars, restaurants, supermarket and visits to the historic center of both villages. The closest beach is Playa de Gandia at 11.4 km and the nearest golf course is in Gandia at 9.4 km.
