It may be that you don’t spend a lot of time in the cottage anyway, with 33 acres of private land, paths and woodlands to explore outside. The nearest pub is found by walking across a field. Just a little further afield are world-class attractions - the National Trust’s Bodnant Gardens and its Welsh Food Centre, the amazing Surf Snowdonia inland lagoon, Conwy’s castle and UNESCO world heritage town and Llandudno, Queen of Welsh Resorts and recently voted the UK’s finest. Oh, and we haven’t even mentioned the many wonderful beaches and spectacular mountains this part of North Wales has to offer. Enjoy! Bedrooms: 2 bedrooms on the 1st floor. Both linked through an open door way. One double bedroom and one single bedroom. Bathrooms: 1 downstairs shower room with loo, sink and walk in shower. Kitchen: Well-equipped fitted kitchen with a dining table. The kitchen is equipped with an electric hob, electric cooker, dishwasher, microwave, fridge with icebox. Sitting Room: Comfy seating for all guests, TV, DVD, Music system. Dining: The dining table is in the kitchen and provides comfortable dining facilities for all guests. Garden: There is a sitting area to the rear of the house and guests also have access to the 33 acres of surrounding meadows and woodland which belongs to the owners. There are paths to follow and lots of places to explore or have a picnic. Heating: Gas central heating. Parking: There is off road parking in a private parking area close to the house. Changeover Day: Friday, Saturday and Monday. Pets accepted - maximum of 2. Please note there is a charge of £20 per dog. This will be requested by Great Escapes Wales when your booking is received.More

We stayed in the smallest of the three available properties on this pleasant farm site and there was plenty of space for the two of us. The facilities in the property were all fully functonal and spotless - not somethign you can always say about...More
