Charming listed 19th Century cottage situated over three floors with an open plan lounge/kitchen/diner, 2 stunning bedrooms and a luxury bathroom with roll top bath and separate shower. Well equipped kitchen with modern appliances, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer etc. TV's in lounge and both bedrooms. Free wi-fi. Well behaved pets will be considered by prior approval and for a small fee.
Close proximity to town and leisure amenities including indoor/outdoor swimming pools, tennis courts, bowling green and golf course.
Perfectly situated for those wishing to explore the North East Coastline and the Whisky, Castle or Heritage Trails.
Flexible short and long term breaks are available. Well behaved pets may be accommodated with prior approval for a small fee.
We are a NON-SMOKING cottage.
