Set in the Waveney valley on the Norfolk Suffolk borders. Pump cottage dates back to the 17th century a grade 2 listed building. we renovated the cottage and retained may of the original features. The old Pump is still just outside the door. You enter into a spacious open plan Kitchen, with dishwasher, fridgefreezer, electric cooker,microwave, dining room with woodburner, leading into a cosy Lounge, with digital television, video, and DVD player with a collection of films, Bathroom with bath overhead electric shower, wc, and wash basin. The cottage is ideal for families and up to two well behaved dogs are welcome by arrangement. A four poster can make it a romantic getaway for two. Perfect could not fault, other than we should have stayed longer.

Just what we needed

A home from home.

Fantastic cottage and location, fishing on river was a bonus and the garden is awesome. Fantastic couple, friendly, helpful, and great with the kids. So much to do, a week just isn't long enough. A very special place indeed.
