Set in the Waveney valley on the Norfolk Suffolk borders. Pump cottage dates back to the 17th century a grade 2 listed building. we renovated the cottage and retained may of the original features. The old Pump is still just outside the door. You enter into a spacious open plan Kitchen, with dishwasher, fridgefreezer, electric cooker,microwave, dining room with woodburner, leading into a cosy Lounge, with digital television, video, and DVD player with a collection of films, Bathroom with bath overhead electric shower, wc, and wash basin. The cottage is ideal for families and up to two well behaved dogs are welcome by arrangement. A four poster can make it a romantic getaway for two. Fantastic cottage and location, fishing on river was a bonus and the garden is awesome. Fantastic couple, friendly, helpful, and great with the kids. So much to do, a week just isn't long enough. A very special place indeed.

The market town of Diss is 6 miles with a mixture of supermarkets and small individual shops.Market day is Friday,also on a Friday at Gaze sale yard a large auction of household and antique furniture. Bressingham gardens and steam experience only a few miles away, Flixton air museum, with free admission. .Banham zoo set in 35 acres of beautiful park land and gardens home for almost 1000 animals.
