Due to popular demand, we can offer a deal where you can book the Granary and the Barn for 6 people in which you can have exclusive access to the 30x15ft, heated swimming pool. Surrounding the pool is a private patio and decking area, ideal for BBQing in the warm summer days, when you can enjoy total and undisturbed privacy for as long as you desire.

The Barn itself is 300 years old and is currently being lovingly renovated to create the perfect getaway for couples. It has a traditional wood burning stove within its original fireplace, stocked with freshly chopped logs for your own use, and the whole barn retains a unique character which hints at its history with its original wooden beams and stone walls evident throughout this spacious cottage.

Just got back from our stay at the barn. We had a fantastic time there. Absolutely perfect retreat. The pool. The views and our host Geraint were more than we hoped for. Definitely going back again. Amazing place.

We are situated in an excellent position for coarse, trout and sea fishing - Furnace Pond is renowned for its excellent coarse fishing. This is a five minute walk away. Five minutes drive or 15min walk will bring you to the picturesque Swiss Valley or “Cwm Lliedi' Reservoir for trout fishing. The River Loughor, Gower Coastline and Cefn Sidan beach provide excellent fishing particularly for Sea Bass and a host of other species.You may cycle directly from us on to the newly- opened cycle path which leads to the National Botanic Gardens or Millenium coastal path.The prestigeous Jack Niclaus designed Golf course at Machynys is 7 mins drive away.
