The Pad is located just 10 minutes' walk from the award-winning sandy beach lagoon, on the outskirts of the town often referred to as one of Spain's best kept secrets. Quiet and peaceful, yet only 5 minutes from the all amenities, including a weekly local market for bargain hunting, supermarket with an excellent fish counter, banks, bars and many excellent restaurants for eating out.

The Pad benefits from it's own private roof sun terrace which hosts a really nice BBQ, table and chairs and a viewing deck. At night, watch the stairs with a glass of wine, beautifully lit by the fairy lights surrounding the roof terrace.

Cannot fault our time at the Pad. It had everything you could need and Julie is a superb contact and cannot do enough for you. Sitting here writing this review wishing that we booked for a few more weeks!!

We can accept payments by bank transfer in GBP or Euros.

Please note that Smoking is only accepted on the Roof Terrace.

Cleaning is payable locally to Julie who will look after you during your stay and is €75 per stay.

If we are unable to give you the dates you were hoping for, please do let us know as we might be able to provide you with alternative owners in the same Albatros complex.

The Spanish don't need much of a reason to have a party and/or set off some fireworks and there's hardly a month goes by during the year when there isn't a celebration of some kind or another going on.

January 5 th – Festividad de Los Reyes Magos (The Festival of the 3 Kings arrival in Bethlehem ) Celebrated in most towns and cities across the whole of Spain .

February – Los Alcazares, along with most of the towns on the Mar Menor has it's Annual Carnival. The most historically spectacular Carnival in the Murcia Region take place an hour down the coast in the town of Aguilas , where the whole town comes out to celebrate and to choose their Carnival Queen.
