Les Bories is a modern 4 bed-roomed house set in a peaceful hamlet in the attractive Bouriane The house and apartmentcountryside, between the Dordogne and Lot valleys in south west France. A one bed-roomed apartment with lounge, kitchen and bathroom forms part of the lower floor. Both house and apartment have access to the extensive garden and swimming pool and together sleeps up to 8 people.
The accommodation would be ideal for two families or a family with grandparents. The apartment is fully accessible for wheelchair users. People with limited mobility would be able to use all facilities in the house and garden.

About the neighbourhood
This unspoilt area of France offers a wide range of activities for every age group. There are mountains, valleys, rivers lakes and forests for those who enjoy walking, climbing, swimming or canoeing and for those who are interested in history or architecture, there are many ancient villages, churches and chateaux, as well as the caves and pre-history museums of nearby Lascaux and Les Eyzies. There are numerous vineyards throughout the Cahors region and some may wish to travel further afield to those of Bergerac, Ste Foix or even Bordeaux. During the summer months, many towns and villages hold fairs and festivals, including a celebration of medieval life at nearby Gourdon, a blues festival at Cahors and jazz at Souillac.
The area is rural and a car is required. The area is perfect for cycling as well.
