The property is a roomy 3 bedroom cottage with full kitchen and full bathroom. There is comfortable seating and a 55” HDTV with satellite as well as WiFi internet. Outdoors there is a deck with table, seating, and grill overlooking the West River which comes right to the front of the property on the other side of the fire pit on the spacious and private front yard. While feeling miles away you are only a 5 minute drive to the local community of Cornwall which offers all amenities you could need from banking to liquor store, grocery store, convenience and gas station, medical center and pharmacy, 3 golf courses within 10 minute drive, restaurants, and so much more.

Be it from a kayak or walking the shoreline, it is truly stunning scenery.
