A short drive will take you to Exmoor National Park which is perfect for walking. Visit the nearby market towns of South Molton and Barnstaple before returning to your peaceful bolthole. With an outdoor play area with shared use of trampoline,swing's and play tower as well as farm tours available by arrangement you don’t even need to go out for the day to have fun. Entering the traditional stone barn you’ll arrive in the entrance hall with beautiful slate flooring and a handcrafted wooden bench,stepping up into the spacious lounge,watc... It is well-equipped for any stay with electric oven and hob,combi microwave,fridge,freezer,a dishwasher,washing machine,TV and DAB radio. The dining area sits next to the window making the most of the location and comfortably seats six. There is also a separate downstairs WC. Upstairs you will find the bedrooms,the master bedroom with king-size bed,TV and en-suite shower and WC. Off the landing there is a bathroom with shower over bath and WC and another king-size bedroom with a bright and airy finish and a third bedroom with twin zip-and-link beds (which can be made into a super-king-size on request) which also has a TV. From the kitchen/diner you can enter the enclosed garden backing onto a field which at times may be home to resident farm animals. For those lazy evenings,there is also a private hot tub with easy access from the kitchen/diner. Gas BBQ provided. From the front of the property,a few yards up the hill will bring you to the outdoor play area,shared with the adjoining property.
