This cottage has three spacious bedrooms, the double having an en-suite, a bathroom and a huge open-plan living area with kitchen, dining, breakfast bar and sitting area. Surrounded by superb woodland with a lake just in front of the property where you fish, Heron Lodge is of a calm and peaceful nature, the perfect place to bring family or friends on holiday.

Amazing!
Booked for a bank holiday break and was surprised it was available with the current situation.Andrew and Denise where the perfect hosts contacting me two days before to arrange check in.The property is amazing and a credit to the hosts spotlessly clean and fully equipped with every item you could think of in the kitchen very tastefully decorated. The grounds that surround the property are beautiful and well kept with wild life in abundance with numerous birds of prey and my first ever sighting of a Muntjac deer.There are plenty of Rudd to catch in the pond (sweet corn) and plenty of places to visit close by just make sure you book tables well in advance for local pubs. All in all a great experience and look forward to hopefully returning to visit in the future!
