Well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven/hob, microwave, and everything you could need for your holiday. 4 BEDROOMS ---- Downstairs bedroom off the living space, with shower room + wc next door. This bedroom has double bed, fitted wardrobes, bedside drawers + bedside lighting 3 BEDROOMS UPSTAIRS + FAMILY BATHROOM Spacious double bedroom with ensuite shower room. Double bed, fitted wardrobes, bedside drawers and bedside lighting. Twin Bedroom --- 2 single beds, fitted wardrobe, bedside drawers, bedside lighting Double bedroom --- Double bed, fitted wardrobes, bedside drawers, bedside lighting FAMILY BATHROOM --- Cream bathroom suite with corner whirlpool bath, separate shower cubicle, WC, sink with mirror. PLEASE NOTE : All beds will be made up for 8 guests in 4 bedrooms -- there is also the sofa bed that can be used for extra guest or 2 --- if you are happy to bring the extra bedding to use here. If more than 8 guests are staying there is the small extra charge of £59 per extra guest to use the sofa bed and for extra usage --- and for use of facilities ------ This sofa bed is not always available, so please contact us BEFORE booking if more than 8 guests are staying We can not allow more than 10 guests at all ! This is the ideal central location in Cornwall, Newquay is just a few miles away. So many beautiful beaches are just a short drive away, and so many other amazing locations to visit and enjoy. We can accept 1 dog at certain times. Please contact us before booking, as this is not always available. Our cleaning co. does charge a small amount for extra vacuuming and cleaning after a dog. Please note : This is a family resort, so we can not accept bookings for groups of young people.
