To that effect, we provide - Power back-up, heater, TV, WiFi  - Iron, torch, washing machine  - Wardrobe, hangers, hair-dryer - Secured parking space for 3 cars    Space: Let us walk you through the villa:      BEDROOMS - There are 5 bedrooms - 3 in one unit, 2 in another unit.  - Heaters, TVs and attached bathrooms are offered in all the rooms.  - Balconies are offered in all the rooms.  - All bedrooms have double beds.    BATHROOMS - There are 5 bathrooms - all attached. - All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries. COMMON AREAS:  - The living room seats up to 6 people. - It offers TV and WiFi.  - There is a lawn with seating for up to 10 people.    KITCHEN:  - Guests do not have access to the kitchen. - The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, a gas stove and a water purifier. - Crockery and cutlery are available for up to 12 people. FOOD - Breakfast is complimentary.  - Vegetarian and non-vegetarian lunch and dinner can be provided at an additional cost of Rs. 500 per person, per meal. - For a booking of more than 4-6 nights, lunch and dinner can be prepared by the in-house cook at an additional cost of Rs.1500 per day. Groceries will be charged as per actuals. However, if the guests wish to have breakfast, guests will have to make the provisions for the groceries themselves. - Snacks can be provided at an additional cost on an a la carte basis. - Guests can also choose to eat out at nearby restaurants.   ACTIVITIES Within the property, guests can enjoy playing indoor games like cards and ludo. Guests can take a peaceful walk in nature and embrace its beauty. They can also request for a bonfire to be lit up.  HOME TRUTHS:  - Guests must provide RT-PCR approved COVID-19 negative test reports.  - The villa is located in a gated community.  - Although safe, the owners will have to park their vehicles on their own risk.  - WiFi, although it is subject to network availability at any given time. - Jio/Airtel/Vodafone work fairly well here. ADDITIONAL COSTS: - The fireplace can be used at an additional cost.  - Bonfire can be arranged at an additional cost. POLICIES - The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed. - The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking. - Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa. - All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival. - All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay. - Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement. - Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted. - Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted. - A refundable deposit will be collected before check-in. This entire amount is refunded within two working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to. GUEST ACCESS - The guests have access to the entire villa. - In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests will have restricted access to shared amenities. - There is no driver accommodation available. Maid accommodation charges are at Rs 1200 + 12% GST per person, per day (not inclusive of meals).More
