Horrible Customer Service
The actual apartment was fine, but the hospitality was definitely lacking. There was hardly any toilet paper, no shampoo, no body wash, no hand soap, and no paper towels. The refrigerator didn’t work, and neither did the hot water in the shower (yes, I made sure to turn it on). There was a mop and bucket full of dirty water in the shower and the trash in the kitchen still had trash from the previous guest. The power wasn’t turned all the way on so I wasn’t able to charge anything, and the towels were very old and used. The owner was also a bit rude to me when I couldn’t figure out how to unlock the door. I wrote all my complaints in a text message to the owner. I was thinking about not even writing a review because everything I complained about was very fixable and I was hoping he would use my feedback to improve with future guests. The owner sent a very rude response back. He also said that the reason shampoo, body wash, and hand soap weren’t provided was due to hygiene and COVID. I have been traveling and living in Albania for 4 months now and this is the first time I experienced this. It’s also a bit difficult to believe that hand soap wasn’t provided due to hygiene when all we’ve been told for the past year is to wash our hands. That’s a bit difficult to do when there’s isn’t any soap provided to wash hands. Hopefully, the owner works on his customer service skills. I’ve been traveling full-time for three years, and this is the worst review I’ve ever written.

Grande e pulito
Grande appartaamento al 9* piano, con due camere da letto, una matrimoniale ed una con due letti singoli. Appartamento pulito con Wi-Fi efficace e nessun problema di parcheggio. Dispone di cucina ed un terrazzino con vista su viale Kastrioti, in centro. Vi si accede dal retro del palazzo, proprio in faccia a quella che è stata la stazione ferroviaria di Valona.

nur geld verschwendung1.bad zwar gross aber nur 1 nicht 2 WC. 2Balkon winzig frühstück maximal für 2 aufeinmal kein pool od. whirlpool klimaanlage im schlafzimmer min 25min fussmarsch bis ans meer...Aber das schlimmste wir mussten am sonntag um 8uhr nach 5tagen umziehen weil angeblich arbeiter kamen wegen einsturzgefahr vom balkon.andere wohnung im 3stock selbes haus war zwar gross aber stickig klima und wc kapput auf aufforderung wc wenigstenss repariert vom vater da sich der
host um nichts kümmerte und trotz versprechen sich nicht mehr blicken lies.hattre genug bin 2 tage früher abgerreist.also würde nie mehr dort buchen

Vlore had to face an important earthquake on that period so some works were required. We proposed to our guests another apartment and we are really apologize if it caused issues.
