Villa Stathis is a three storey villa. The modern lounge area on the upper ground level is open plan and very spacious with a feature fireplace, flat screen TV and homecinema, leather sofas and fully equipped kitchen. There is also a full bathroom with a washing machine. French doors lead out onto the terrace area and the pool. Upstairs you will find two bedrooms, one double and one twin bedded with ensuite bathrooms. The lower ground floor has a twin bedroom/studio which benefits from it's own seating area and it's ideal for older children who would like abit more independence but are still in the main house. The outside area is laid mainly to lawn with a large 9x4m salt water swimming pool, sunbeds and umbrellas. Perfect relaxing villa

Stunning Villa

Perfect place for vacation

Excellent well-equipped villa

We loved our stay in the well-equipped villa with nice swimming pool and barbecue place. Satu took perfect care of the house. Everything was clean and in good condition. Sami is a perfect central location to visit Kefalonia.

Sami is the old capital of Kefalonia, and is nestled in a bay on the East coast of the island looking straight across to Kefalonia's sister island Ithaca. Sami is a bustling port, with regulars ferries leaving to the Greek mainland and Ithaca. Places to visit: Antisamos Beach: A beautiful horseshoe shapped bay 4 km the other side of Sami. Drogarati Cave: An underground cavern reached by over 100 steps which houses many stalagmates and stalagtites. Melissani Lake: An underground lake, which you can see close up as you rowed around by one of the boatmen.
