Welcome to this beautiful restored country house on the outskirts of Llucmajor. It sleeps 6 people. The rural exteriors are very nice. On the plot, there are two houses: one is rented and one is for the owners, who do not live there during the rental period. It has a chlorinated pool of 13 x 6 m with a depth ranging from 1.20 to 1.90 m, a large terrace with a table and chairs and five sunbeds. At the front of the house there is another terrace, and next to the house you will find another furnished terrace. This 132 m2 house, distributed over two levels, has three bedrooms: one twin on ground floor, and two on the first floor (one double and one twin, both equipped with an en-suite bathroom with bath). There is central heating throughout the house. The welcoming and rustic living room has two sofas, a coffee table, satellite TV and a fireplace. The dining area is equipped with a dining table and chairs. The separate kitchen has a gas cooker and is fully equipped. There is a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. This property benefits from a particularly fine location, situated as it is in a quiet area of the village of Llucmajor, but at the same time it is only half an hour from Palma de Mallorca. Llucmajor has a market every Friday morning and is within walking distance of a water park. In Palma you can enjoy all the facilities and entertainment of a big city by day and night. Sightseers should not miss the unique cathedral, the only Gothic example to be found beside the sea, whose eastern rose window is the largest of this style anywhere in the world. If you just want to enjoy the beach you have several options. Only 20 minutes away is the large and popular Arenal beach where you can enjoy water sports such as windsurfing, kite surfing and jet skiing. Arenal also boasts the only aquarium on the island, the Palma Aquarium. If you prefer a quieter beach, about 30 minutes away is a beautiful cove called Cala Pi and Es Trenc Beach, considered one of the most beautiful on the island. No pets allowed at the property.
