About the neighbourhood
Gargrave really is in a great position, on the Pennine way and on the edge of the fabulous Dales but not too far away from anything you might need, even Michelin star restaurants (yes they do exist outside London !) Getting around
Our little place is near to the bus stop and only a 10 minute walk from the train station, where you get to Leeds in less than 45 mins and London is only just over 3 hours away ! If you want to experience a bit more of the rugged North then take a trip on the famous Settle to Carlisle line. Malham cove where Harry Potter once roamed (Deathly Hallows) is less than 20 minutes drive or you could get the old boots out and it's only a fairly easy going 6.5 mile walk. Perfect for getting up early, getting to Malham for a bacon butty and exploring the co
