The cottage has a joint family room with adult bunks and three steps up to a door into a room with three single beds with a basin, a double bedroom with an en-suite shower room, a family room with three single beds, a room with adult bunks, a bathroom, a ground floor basin and WC, a kitchen with a breakfast area, a utility room, a dining room and a sitting room. The Little White House is a lovely base, in a lovely location for family holidays. Amenities: Gas central heating. Gas range cooker with double oven and 5 ring hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, Nintendo Wii, WiFi, iPod dock. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cots, highchairs and two stairgates. Rear off road parking for 2 cars plus roadside parking and public car parks close by. Bike shed. Courtyard sitting area with furniture. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shops, pubs, restaurants and cafes 1 min walk. Bala Lake and railway 8 mins walk. Note: There are three steps between the bunks bedroom and family bedroom. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.
