Ty sinamon is a large self catering town house within walking distance of Bala town, available on a exclusive basis only. The house is a 10 minute walk to Bala Lake and a 10 minute drive to the National White Water Rafting Centre. The house is a perfect venue for a family gathering, activity weekend, mountain bike safari, company team building venue or just an opportunity to explore the stunning North Wales countryside. Ty Sinamon is a great venue for a weekend break and we offer a minimum 2 night stay, ideal for an adventure break or escape. We also offer a very competitively priced 5 night midweek break. Bedroom Setup 5 bedrooms have zip and link beds, so can be singles or made into a double bed. Perfect for large group of walkers

Perfect for large group of walkers. The rooms were spacious with high ceilings and in very good decoration. The showers and bathrooms were spotless and all the rooms were well maintained. Self-catering food preparation and breakfast facilities were sufficient for 15 people. The house well...More

Excellent spacious house for families and groups close to town centre

The accommodation is within a 5 minute walk of Bala town and 15 minute to Wales largest freshwater lake with activities such as kayaking, stand up paddle boarding and sailing. There are a number of local walk, steam train ride and the National White Water Rafting centre is a 10 mine drive. ZipWorld is a 40 minute drive and some of the UK's best mountain biking is within a 30 minute drive.
