One of the few Hotspring resorts in Laguna that has its own backup power generator set.
This is the Villa 2 of TJM Hot Spring Villas. The base rate posted are good for 20 persons already, but the whole Villa can accommodate 25 persons in total. Additional 950 per head per night will be charged for those exceeding 20 persons, maximum capacity of 25 persons is reached.
All rooms are fully air-conditioned. The Suite room has a bathtub coupled with a view of Mt. Makiling, where you can take a bath in hotspring water while enjoying the view of nature.
Bedsheets, linens, blankets and tissues are provided, but please bring your towels and toiletries.

Worth the stay!
Stayed in TJM Villa 1 (adjacent to Villa 2) for 3 nights, we were 17 people and a husky.
The villa is huge enough, with well airconditioned rooms, to accomodate all of us. Definitely a plus for being a pet-friendly resort, especially for us who have pets as part of our family.
The Villa is located in a moderate-class subdivision, and there are mostly villas/resorts in this gated subdivision. Convenience store, small shops and church is just a few km. away.
The staff were very accomodating - from the booking, during the stay and upon check-out. Shout out to Miss Lala for her patience during the reservartion/booking process, as well as to Miss Rizza for always having a big smile on her face while attending to all of our needs during our stay, to Sir Jessie for catering to all of our pakisuyo, and to all of the staff for making our stay comfortable.
Certified hot sping water that I think they change every morning. The staff were nice enough to ask us if the water is warm enough or if we want to have it warmer.
Improvement suggestions
1. Maybe a defogging once in a while just to scare away the mosquitos and small insects especially in the kitchen area and inside the bath/WC area on the ground floor.
2. The doors need a few reparations (main door, ground floor bedroom slliding door and door cabinets/drawers) as some of it gets stucked or tendency to fall off.
3. It would be a plus if the showers in the bathrooms have water heater.
But overall, we had a wonderful stay in TJM Hot spring villa 1.
To the staff - keep up the good work, stay accomodating and always going for those extra mile to keep the guests comfortable.
