Okrug Gornji is situated on Čiovo which is an island connected by bridge with mainland. You can go normally, without any payment, to mainland, Trogir or to any other town with your car through bridge which is open 24 hours a day. From Okrug Gornji you can go to Trogir, beside by car, by bus and by boat. Trogir is 3-4 km far from Okrug Gornji and Split is only 27 km far. Okrug Gornji is a place with around 5000 inhabitants. There is a boat that runs every 15-30 minutes from Copacabana beach to Trogir city center and back. 2 km long promenade and pebble beach Copacabana is great for day and evening entertainment since there, on the beach you have a large number of restaurants and cafe bars. Boat excursions can take you to nearby islands.
