Booking Il Nido was easy: the terms were clear and there were no surprises. It was difficult to find but Google's voice, better than the Garmin, handled it well. We would not have found it with a map only or with the owners directions. The location is not all that good as the walk into the nearby square is dangerous: no sidewalks and narrow, curved streets but you at risk with Sicilian drivers. The apartment is very small but very clean. The owner, Rosy, is trying very hard to make this work. Unclear how much experience she has at this. Her sister and parents live upstairs and, while they have virtually no English, can do some basic problem solving. Parking the street is ok. Kitchen was pretty well equipped and Rosy left welcome package of wine and goodies that was very nice. A happy surprise was the guitar to use in the apartment. Maybe new strings will help it stay in tune. Bathroom was clean and well equipped. Bed was large enough and comfortable.
