Villa Filia is a complex of 5 separate maisonettes in excellent condition at the Almyros area, built on a 5,000 sq meters green plot of land, in a distance of less than 200 meters from the beach of Almiros. Each Villa is 60 sq.m, is fully furnished and it consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with laundry machine as well, the master bedroom and the bathroom/ WC on the ground floor. On the first floor is the second bedroom and a veranda with view to the sea. All Villas have their own verandas, private garden, parking space and bbq. The private swimming pool, with fresh water will offer you relaxing and lazy moments. At Villa Filia you gon have peaceful and unforgettable holidays, away from noise and crowds. Perfect

A lovely week in this brilliant villa. The pool was bigger than expected, the location was ideal, the villa is well equipped and clean. Tavernas and beach are right on your doorstep, we loved it !!
