Dovecote Cottage is a charming, two bedroomed, former barn, in the rural village of Cosheston. The open plan living/dining area features exposed stone walls, wooden beams salvaged from the original barn, and a wood burning stove. The kitchen includes an electric oven & hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher & washer/dryer. High Speed Wi-Fi is available throughout. Located just 20 mins drive from Tenby, only 3 miles from Pembroke Dock & the Irish Ferry. The cottage comfortably accommodates four, two in the main bedroom (double bed) and two in the second bedroom fitted with bunk beds. Whilst the bunks are best suited to children, they are full size and can sleep two adults comfortably. The interior is on one level, with one small step between the dining & living area. Brilliant week holiday in Pembrokeshire. Fantastic host, cottage exactly as described with lots of helpful extra touches which made it home. Great base for local beaches and tourist attractions. Pub next door is great, food food and friendly service. Covid compliant and lovely and clean...More

We had a weekend break at Dovecote Cottage with our two dogs for Valentine's weekend. The weather was terrible thanks to Storm Dennis but it didn't matter. The cottage was so cosy and had everything we needed for a relaxing weekend. Sue's communication was excellent....More

Cosheston is quiet rural village on the edge of the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park, with beautiful countryside and estuary walks from the doorstep of the cottage. It is ideally situated for exploring all that Pembrokeshire has to offer, with some of the best beaches just a 10min drive away, including the award winning Barafundle Bay.
Getting around
Cosheston is just off the A477 trunk road. The closest railway station is Pembroke Dock but there is no bus service to the village.
