A small kitchen, a bedroom with double bed and bathroom with shower. The apartment has already utensils for the kitchen and bath linen. For guests, private parking, large garden with some games for children, barbecue and pizza oven in the evenings. The house is just 500 meters from the sulphurous thermal waters of Bagni San Filippo and a short drive we arrive in the neighboring countries of Pienza, Montepulciano, Bagno Vignoni etc. In the winter months to settle on the cost of heating according to consumption.

Bagni St. Philip immersed in the natural park of Val D'Orcia is a small village on the slopes of Monte Amiata not far from the city of Siena. Nearby are the beautiful towns of Bagno Vignoni, Pienza, Montepulciano, Montalcino and Abbadia San Salvatore.
Getting around
To move you will not need a car as only a few hundred meters from the house there is a bus stop connecting Bagni San Filippo with neighboring countries Abbey, Siena and the railway station of Chiusi.
