House Rental
Fully equipped stone house at mountain Taygetos. Very close from many other picturesque villages. Ideal place for relaxing into the nature!
The residence is cozy and nicely decorated. There is a spacious living room with a fireplace and a pool table, two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with a large dining table and a bathroom. It can be host up to 6 people.
You can taste traditional food, hiking in beautiful paths climbing, biking, collecting mushrooms e.t.c.Only 25 Km. away from the beaches of Kalamata and also about 85 Km from the ski centre of Menalo!
The internet speed of 50Mbps can satisfy anyone who would like to combine vacations and work at the same time. Free parking also available.
An ideal destination for every season of the year!!!

Excellent vacation experience! Really friendly host!
The house is beautiful and fully equipped-just us described and even better, settled in a magnificent location in the woods of mount Taygetos. Dionisis is very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this house to anyone who wants a relaxing vacation.

Προσιτή και καθαρή πρόταση σε ένα αυθεντικά όμορφο περιβάλλον
Αυθεντικά όμορφο φυσικό περιβάλλον, με πολλές εναλλακτικές φυσιολατρικές διαδρομές και προορισμούς για όλα τα γούστα και τους βαθμούς δυσκολίας. Ήσυχη περιοχή με μηδαμινή τουριστική εκμετάλλευση.
Το σπίτι αποτελεί μια όμορφη, οικονομική, καθαρή επιλογή για την περιοχή.
Ο Διονύσης είναι ζεστός άνθρωπος και φιλόξενος ιδιοκτήτης, διαθέσιμος για οποιαδήποτε πληροφορία και εξαιρετικά γενναιόδωρος προς εμάς είτε με την προσφορά τοπικής παραγωγής προϊόντων (εξαιρετικής νοστιμιάς) είτε με τις ξεναγήσεις του (τοπικό ελαιοτριβείο, συλλογή μανιταριών στο δάσος).

Amazing traditional house - nature experience
It is a wonderful house with all we needed for amazing relaxing holidays! The sound of the birds was all you could here in the morning and the smells of oregano and thyme were enchanting. Also, Kalamata city with the beautiful beach and the great cultural events is very close. Dionisis, the owner is very polite and warm. We had an incredible time, we'll definitely come again!

The best choice!!!
Dionisis house is amazing. The view to the sourounding mountains and the calmness of the nature are wonderful. We enjoyed the mornings and the nights on veranda. The house is well equipped and beautifully decorated. Also Dionisis is very polite and friendly. He welcome us with a big smile and a local glass of wine.
We will return to this place for sure!!!

Away from it all
An idyllic spot, off the beaten track, peaceful and quiet, no frills: simple and well equipped for a retreat from the hustle and bustle. Just what we needed to recharge our batteries.

Nice house in small mountain village
Dionisis and his mother recieved us with a very kind and warm welcome. The house is located in a small village in the mountains and has 2 sunny terraces. We visited ancient Messini and Byzantinian Mystras, really wonderfull places! In the evenings we could enjoy the fireplace.

Excellent
Très jolie maison! Avec nos deux enfants, nous avons apprécie le coin salon avec la cheminée. La route qui monte au gite est magnifique !
Nous avons pu visiter la région de Kalamata : la vallée des oliviers, les très jolis ports de Kardamili et Koroni, Pylos et la belle plage de Voidokilia, les gorges du Loussios et Dimitsana (ne pas manquer le monastère Agios Ioannis Prodomos, époustouflant !).
Enfin, grand merci a Dionisis pour son accueil, ses conseils et sa disponibilité.
Nous recommandons chaudement !

plaisir, conforme à l'annonce.
Non loin de Kalamata , au calme. Permet devisiter beaucoup de sites archéologiques ou autres.Environnement magnifique, accueil d'une grande gentillesse par Dionisis et sa Maman. Habitants du village courtois.
Maison simple mais équipée de tout ce qu'il faut, en tout cas selon nous, pour un séjour d'une semaine.
Taverne dans le village. Il est possible de se faire servir un repas copieux et pas très onéreux.
A Ano Emfeia, un commerçant très gentil et généreux. Des fruits et légumes beaux et sains.Bref, du plaisir. Merci, Dionisis.

Wonderful peaceful getaway
We really enjoyed our stay in this peaceful cottage. We arrived very late so Dionisis could not be there to welcome us, however his father left us some wine and walnuts the next day, which were appreciated. The house is well equipped with a proper oven, stove, fridge-freezer and soft furnishings. The Wi-Fi is good, although the password could be made more obvious. The village Poliani is very relaxed and the small taverna is well worth a visit: nice atmosphere and excellent value. You are in the countryside, so you need to drive for shops and sometimes the dogs do bark in the morning - but that's what it's all about! We hope to return some time in the future.

Traditional stone house in the historical and traditional, from the byzantine era, village of Poliani, on Taygetos. Ideal for who is searching direct contact with nature and alternative relaxing vacations with hiking or long walks in the mountain. Also the village offers beautiful routes for biking and it is close to the climbing crag of Nedousa. The visitor can discover plenty of nature and beautiful mountain landscapes and collect the tasty herbs and mushrooms that grow there.
