Artemis is located in the' Heart Of Protaras'. It is only few mins walk to the beautiful fabulous Fig Tree Bay beach with all amenities and the famous Protaras strip. Artemis is in the highly sought after Mesogios Complex with Sea View balconies and luxury contemporary furnishings in an exclusive accommodation. Large corner plot with it's views of the tranquil turquoise waters of the Mediterranean sea. It’s a wonderfully stylish 3 bedroom retreat. Sleeps 6 people with a sofa bed for 2.
Why not soak up the sun beside the large Private Pool fenced for your total relaxation and privacy while enjoying the landscaped gardens of tropical plants/shrubs, birds of paradise, flowers and palm trees. Master with en-suite, leading to balcony to catch the sun rays while admiring the Mediterranean water...

Excellent villa
Lovely villa, we stayed in number 6
It was very homely, everything you could need just like being at home. We took our 3 grandchildren, they loved going in the pool late at night. There was a heatwave, so the children were restricted during the day due to the heat. I would definitely recommend staying here. We only had one problem, which was nothing to do with the villa, we had 3 tarantulas (3 really big ones) we are scared of spiders so it gave us all the hebegebees !! Wow do they run fast!!!

Amazing Villa in Protaras
Amazing holiday in Protaras.
Highly recommend this Villa. Corner plot. Variety of seating areas outside so always can sit in sun or shade throughout the day. Large pool for a Villa with steps in and very deep at other end. warm enough. 3 bedrooms were very comfortable.Villa is finished to a high standard. Open plan kitchen lounge dining area comfortable and attractive. Kitchen well equipped. Wellcome pack on arrival much appreciated. Location perfect- quiet housing estate 2 mins to a cove with excellent snorkelling if walk towards Protaras or 5 mins to beach if walk further out of Protaras along the coast footpath. Did go to Figtree Bay but far busier.
Recommend trip to Lidl- 15min walk then taxi back, to stock up on groceries when arrive. Much cheaper and far more choice than the local supermarkets off the main strip.
Lots of lovely restauraunts on the main strip, 10minute walk from villa. Favourites were Molti and Il Basilico.
The owner,Mr Chavda, kept in regular contact through e-mail after booking and on our return, and despite my reservations about sending cheques directly to him it all worked out perfectly.

The attraction of Artemis
This Villa is only 2 minutes from the sea and 15-20minutes from Fig Tree Bay and all the bars and restaurants on the Protaras Strip. It sits in a quiet secluded location. The villa is well appointed and furnished and has excellent outdoor space around a fabulous pool.
The only downside was that there was a mass of continual bird droppings on the balcony of the double bedroom which fell on the pool.

Great holidays
Situated in the center of Protaras in a quiet and friendly neighborhood!
We had great time in our one week stay at Artemis Villa.
The house is fully equipped with everything you need. The owner was very helpful and made our stay even more pleasant.
Amazing pool and outdoor facilities. Highly recommended!

Wonderful stay!
My family and I had a wonderful time staying at Villa Artemis for two weeks. From the moment we arrived, where we were welcomed with a few food essentials, to the moment we checked out, it was an extremely enjoyable stay.
Its quiet location was just what I wanted, with it only being a 10-15 minute walk to the main strip and Fig Tree Bay. The villa was very clean on arrival with spacious bedrooms and a lounge area. The swimming pool and surrounding area was relaxing with plenty of furniture available to lounge on when the heat was too much to take. I thoroughly enjoyed using the built in BBQ, we definitely put that to good use!
The swimming pool was cleaned twice a week and there was a maid service on the middle weekend.
I cant speak highly enough of how much we enjoyed staying at the villa, it was truly a wonderful place.
I was a little apprehensive at first when i was asked to send the deposit and the balance to the owner directly instead of within the Holiday Lettings framework, but having spoken with a representative, who confirmed it was ok to do so, and having regular contact with the owner via email, any concerns soon diminished. He always kept in touch via email, which quickly put my mind at ease, and he very quick to respond to any of my queries leading up to our stay.
Without question, I would definitely recommend a stay at Villa Artemis.

A great villa in a peaceful neighborhood
The Villa is located in a nice and quiet neighborhood. Just perfect for a family holiday (travelling with children aged 7 and 9). But still close enough to the Protaras strip, about 1km. That is where all the shops and restaurants are located.
The pool area is very nice with lots of sun beds and it is quite privately located. The villa is well loaded with kitchenware, nothing was really missed. At arrival there were a welcoming pack in the fridge waiting for us, including stuff for the first evening and morning (wine, juice, water, butter, bread, cheese, ham, eggs, corn flakes etc...).
We really enjoyed the time at the villa and had a fully relaxing holiday. Definitely would book this villa again.

Excelled villa in good loaction
We stayed in Villa Artemis in June 2016 having previous stayed in the same villa in summer 2010. The villa has all the facilities required and the pool with furniture is great. The villa location is ideal being in a quiet location but a relatively short walk into Protaras but also only a short distance from a small quiet cove by the sea. When we return to this area we will certainly stay in the same villa again.

Fab villa in a great location
I recently stayed for a week at Artemis Villa, and couldn't recommend it highly enough. It's only a 10min walk from the main strip in Protaras and beach. It's well serviced with supermarkets close by and 40min drive from Larnaca airport. The villa itself is a great size, I stayed with 5 other adults and found it large enough to accommodate all of us comfortably. Spotlessly clean, good furniture inside and out. Good size bedrooms with plenty of storage.
The pool area is very well maintained with an outdoor BBQ, and constant sun throughout the day. It's a quiet street and the property doesn't feel over-looked.

Fantastic villa!
I have recently stayed at Artemis Villa with my extended family for a beautiful week in the sun . The villa is located in a very pleasant and quiet residential area in Protaras and there is a lovely bay (great for snorkelling) some 100 metres away. The villa was very well equipped with a lovely pool,and the welcome pack was equally good. The villa management team were first class and responded immediately when there were any slight problems to be sorted. The villa owner was also very good to deal with and everything was dealt with very professionally. I highly recommend this villa.

How to get there
A Brand New Larnaca International Airport has just been opened recently. Most UK Airports fly to Cyprus, flying time takes just over 4 hours. Almost 4 times bigger then the old building, the airport is very modern and easy access to all Duty Free Shopping and dining facilities. Once at the baggage hall you will need a 2euro coin for your luggage trolley which you will get back when returned, just like the supermarkets in UK. Airlines Easy Jet, Wizz Air, BA and Aegean Airlines a number of times and found their service and price very good. Car hire is very economical and is cheaper when you book in advance through the internet. Driving is very easy as right hand drive its driven on the left, ideal for UK travelers. A road map will be given for your travel to the villa.
