WELCOME to my cosy, lush and quiet abode conveniently located close to the Airport, City, Shopping Complex and Parks. Very quiet street with room for friends, private retreats, parties, functions, home base, receptions, yoga classes or catch ups. I can fit 16 guests but just keep in mind that it is a small house and will be a tight squeeze. But sometimes its more important to have everyone in the one house. Everything is provided for you, from made beds, blankets, towels, free WiFi, shampoo, soap, washing detergent for clothes, hair dryer, baby cribs, kitchen utensils, BBQ, TV, DVD player and more:) There house has recently been renovated and installed 2 BRAND NEW BATHROOMS with new showers and toilets. Hi there,Im living next door to my listing & so i can occasionally personally let you in, show you around and get you started. However if i am away at work then there is also a self check in option. Once booked i will email you the details on how to get in and you may do so at any time you wish. I will email pictures combination code to enter and detailed explanation of entry details. Because i live next door I can easily assist with any queries you may encounter however i can also give you full privacy if requested. Please be genuine and truthful with your bookings, amount of guests staying, purpose of the event as i can see everything and hear what is going on and im happy to cancel your booking if you have not been transparent.

It’s a 10 minute taxi ride from the Airport ($13.00 AUD) and a 10 minute walk to a major shopping complex, restaurants, outlets, fuel, bus terminal, hair dressers, cafes & take away food… Belmont Plaza

The house is a 10 minute drive to Perth City; a 15 minute drive to Cottesloe Beach and a 30 minute drive to the Swan Valley Wine Region.

The house is presented to you in its cleanest state and therefore ask you to please strip the bed linen before leaving & place on the floor so the cleaner can launder them.

Would you also please roll out the rubbish bins on Tuesday evening for collection the next morning, that would be extremely helpful, thank you☺
