Or just soak up the atmosphere of a small mediaeval Spanish town that sits in the heart of sunny Andalucía.

We have a 16th-century house in the ancient centre of Osuna, a lively town roughly equidistant from Granada, Seville, and Cordoba and convenient for Malaga and Seville airports. Carefully restored and very comfortable and perfect for touring or staying put. Despite being in the heart of Osuna, it has great outside space and a pool!

Everything you could possibly need is provided in this house. Many amenities, restaurants, bars, supermarkets and shops are all in easy reach. Parking can be a bit tricky at first but you will soon get the hang of the narrow streets. That's part of the...More

About the neighbourhood
The house is situated in the middle of Osuna, a delightful medieval town which retains its sixteenth century aspect, just walking through its streets is a pleasure. It is dominated by the Colegiata on the hill alongside the Monasterio and the Universidad Viejo but it is full of restaurants and bars as well. Lots of churches to see, if that attracts, plus Roman and pre-Roman ruins (including a necropolis) on the heights above the town by the old tufa quarries. There's a sometimes active bull-ring, markets and lots of friendly Andalucians (you won't hear any English voices except your own).
Getting around
Everywhere is Osuna is walkable but we generally hire a car. There are good trains to Cordoba, Seville and Granada

Airport: Seville/Malaga: 90.0 km
Railway: Osuna: 1.0 km
The nearest airport is Sevilla (about 45 minutes) but we generally fly into Malaga (1 hour 20 miinutes away) as there are far more flights and is generally cheaper. You can hire a car (DoYouSpain is a good site) or you can easily train - the house is about a 10 minute walkfrom the station.
