Completely furnished, independent cottage surrounded by a 5000 square meters private woodland of chesnut trees. There are 3 bedrooms, two of them with a queen size bed and the other one with two single ones, a spacious living room with a fireplace, a kitchenette and a bathroom. There is also a huge basement room, complete of a fireplace, bathroom and a bar. The garden is provided of a barbecue and a firewood oven, perfect to eat outside on the porch, which is equipped with table and seats. The house can be booked all year long for monthly and weekly vacations.

The house is a 20min walk to San Martino al Cimino, a village that provides basic needs (such as grocery stores, bars and restaurants) and, if you don’t have any vehicle, the bus stop to get to Viterbo, a 65'000 people city, known for its Medieval centre and the thermal pools “Terme dei Papi”. In Viterbo there are two train stations, with which you can get to Rome in 2 hours or to Orvieto in one. If you’re up to hike, you can have wonderful, romantic walks in the woods and get to the Lake Vico, one of the two vulcanic lakes characteristic of this area.
