Our beautiful apartment is located in the east part of the city center the best area in Kos town . Everything is near ,supermarkets ,pharmacy ,laundry, cafes, restaurants ,bars ,beach bars just 50 meters from the appartement. You don't need a car at all.Everything in walking distance. Also 50 meters from the main beach of Kos. The brand new apartment is recently constructed. The apartment lies just 500 meters from the main square of Kos town (Liberty Square). You can park your car with safety just in front of the building. Kos town is visited by thousands of tourists from all over the world every year. It has a nice view to the green yards . I am certain that our clean, comfortable and sun filled apartment will greatly enhance your Kos experience. Bedrooms are furnished with full size bed and closet. There is a normal living room with satellite TV , one bedroom , family bathroom and two balconies with chairs and tables. The kitchen is fully equipped . The windows are all double glazed and with the thick walls it really is a cool house in the summer and a warm house in the winter. The best part of the house are the two balconies. You can enjoy unforgettable sunsets by sitting on them having your drinks or coffees.More

Modern appartement in the heart of the City

Not at all what was advertised,very disappointed

As the advertised apartment was having repairs done,my sister and I were offered the other apartment owned by Georgios.We accepted this as an alternative. Unfortunately not suitable at all.,despite paying the same amount. Having offered to pick us up at the airport for 20 €...More
