Spacious, luxurious apartment with lovely terrace views. Built only 15 years ago. Front line golf, 3 minute walk to first tee and clubhouse. This is our winter home, not a rental property. Quiet, non-tourist location away from the over-crowded beaches. Amazing sunset view from the terrace. The only the sounds at night are owls, frogs and crickets! Golf, hiking, cycling and bird watching right out your front door. The complex is used by only 39 owners mostly for golf holidays, so it feels like you have the whole place to yourself most of the time, even in summer. It is not a tourist complex. Excellent local restaurants walking distance. 24 hour cafe and shop 10 minute walk. Large apartment, 133 m2 living space, 33 of which is a large sunny terrace, with stunning distance views. Bikes can be stored on the terrace. Shared private gardens, pool, gym, sauna. Modern, high standard decor, marble floors, fine furnishings and fully equipped kitchen. 25 minute drive to the beaches, main shopping centers and tourist sites. Car recommended as otherwise you will need to take taxis everywhere. Our rates favor couples, although there is plenty of room for four persons. Barbara or Bev will meet you to hand you the keys. She can provide a mid-stay cleaning and fresh linen for a charge each change. The apartment location makes an ideal base to explore all of Andalucia on day trips as well overnight stays over 2-3 week in the area. It is two hours drive/train to Granada, Seville, Cordoba etc. There is really too much to recommend, but if you tell us your priorities, we can help you plan your stay. A car is really essential, but you can catch taxis and buses right from the flat. Bicycles can be hired locally.

About the neighbourhood
The flat is located in a rural complex, set on two golf courses, in a mountain pass. This makes it cooler than the coast. There are 4-5 towns/villages within 10-20 drive, but no local shop except a petrol station. The golf clubhouse has a fine restaurant and bar. There are 3 other restaurants within 4 minute drive.
