Sea-Breeze is located in a peaceful, residential area of Rustington, near Littlehampton. From the doorstep it is a 1 minute walk to the quiet, unspoilt beach, yet within 1km of the surprisingly bustling shopping centre of Rustington, where there is a large supermarket, various chain shops, local shops, other amenities and free, easy parking. Sea-Breeze bungalow is a home-from-home. It is comfortable and spacious, with a large through-lounge, fully-equipped kitchen, a newly refurbished bathroom, containing a large walk-in shower and heated towel rail, a conservatory overlooking a small enclosed garden, keeping children and dogs safe. The beach is long and unspoilt. friendly

Rustlington seabreeze really lovely bungalow not suitable for wheelchair users. Nice quite location only downside is parking. Very well organised everything provided in kitchen comfortable.Beach at end of road within walking distance.

Lovely place

We went to sea breeze for two weeks. Lovely bungalow that allows us to take our two dogs. We like it so much we've already booked for next year. Dog friendly beach 2 minutes walk away much to the delight of Jazz & Sky🐾🐾

Warm and cosy bungalow

Rustington is a seaside town / village situated on a quiet, unspoilt part of the Sussex coastline. Walk to the beach in 1 minute. Walk to Rustington shopping centre in 5 - 10 minutes, where there is a fine selection of shops, cafes and local amenities (also free parking if you prefer to drive). From Sea-Breeze walk eastwards along the shore for miles and enjoy uninterrupted beach, no roads or traffic, few people, just plenty of shoreline, seabirds and sea air. Walk westwards for 2km to visit the lively resort of Littlehampton, its harbour, funfair, numerous cafes, restaurants and pubs, cross the bridge to the beautiful Climping beach, take a boat on the River Arun.
