I have stayed in many short-term rentals, and this by far was the best one. Claudio is responsive, attentive, and very friendly. The house is gorgeous, and a short walk to the beach. Claudio has several special amenities like food, water, and even slippers. There is an alarm that you can set, but the area is so nice and safe we never felt the need to use it. We are already talking about returning there next year.

Wir durften das Haus 4 Tage lang genießen und waren total begeistert!
Die Lage mit soviel Grün runderherum, der wunderschöne und liebevoll gepflegte Garten mit der gemütlichen Terrasse und das toll ausgestattete Haus, wo man in der Küche einfach alles vorfindet, was man braucht und auch sonst alles vorhanden ist, was man sich wünschen kann - so viele Details angefangen von Stranddecken, Schirmen, Liegen bis hin zu Kosmetikutensilien im Bad - das alles fanden wir einfach sehr großzügig und aufmerksam.
Super praktisch waren auch die zur Verfügung gestellten Fahrräder, mit denen man sowohl den Strand als auch alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten angenehm erreichen kann.
Claudio ist ein großartiger Gastgeber! Nicht nur, dass er den Kühlschrank mit Wasser, Milch, Saft, Prosecco, Butter, Joghurt, Käse befüllt und auch Tee, Kaffee, Marmeladen, Kekse, Croissants und einen köstlichen Obstteller zur Verfügung gestellt hat, hat er uns auch vom Flughafen abgeholt und war jederzeit für alle Fragen erreichbar.
Wir sind sehr dankbar, dass wir Gast in Claudios Haus sein durften und dadurch einen wunderschönen Urlaub in Erinnerung behalten dürfen!

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in diesem Haus sehr genossen. Das Haus ist sehr schön, gut ausgestattet und hat einen wunderbaren Garten. Claudio ist ein sehr guter Gastgeber. Zur Begrüßung war eine Flasche Prosecco im Kühlschrank und auch eine kleine Grundausstattung fürs Frühstück. Ebenfalls sind viele Lebensmittel in der Küche vorhanden.
Claudio war immer für Fragen da und hat uns sogar zum Flughafen gebracht. Danke für alles....
