Newly built single-family villa, located 400 meters from the beach and the bathing establishments of Fregene, near the Piazzetta, an evening meeting point and home to bars, restaurants and shops. The villa, of 250 square meters, is surrounded by 500 square meters of garden with flower beds and tall trees, which offer privacy and shade. The house, equipped with air conditioning, plasma televisions with satellite antenna and burglar alarm, is spread over three floors. On the ground floor, paved with white parquet, there is a bright living room with large TV, white corner sofa, oval table for 6/8 people, patio with awning, table for 6 and sitting area; 2 balconies; a spacious eat-in kitchen, fully equipped, with large American fridge and freezer with double door, 5-burner hob and dishwasher; ...Newly built single-family villa, located 400 meters from the beach and the bathing establishments of Fregene, near the Piazzetta, an evening meeting point and home to bars, restaurants and shops. On the first floor, with a sloping ceiling, there is a double bedroom, equipped with a wardrobe and drawers, a bathroom and a closet; you can also access, through an external spiral staircase, a solarium. In total there are 8/10 beds, with the possibility of adding one in the service room. Externally there are tables and chairs for about 18 people, a large umbrella and awning, sunbeds and hammock, as well as a wooden bicycle shed, which can also be parked on the special iron racks. The house has double entrances and a private driveway where two large cars can be parked. The perimeter hedges ensure privacy and tranquility.
