The two and three-bedroom apartments, each with a taste for detail, tastefully and modernly furnished, are located in a neat 2-family house, only about 100 meters from the lake and from the beach. It is a sunny, central and quiet location close to the Giona park. Shops for daily needs as well as restaurants, cafes, bars, etc. are within walking distance. On the beautiful lakeside promenade you can walk to Luino on foot. There are also good rail, bus and ship connections from Maccagno. In about 500 m you arrive at the mooring for ships, which regularly run on the lake and transport you almost everywhere.
