This apartment is one of the 2 apartments on the complex. This apartment is away from the street in the back part of the house.
The entrance of the house is shared with the other apartment but after the hall way you will have a separate door that gives you entrance to the apartment in the back.
When you enter the apartment you will first arrive in the patio with sitting area. After the patio you will get the good sized kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, blender, coffee maker and double doored fridge.
Also on the left hand side of the patio you will have the washer and dryer that are located on the stairs that lead you up to the two bedrooms that are on the second floor.

About the neighbourhood
The apartment is at about a 10 minute walk from the center of Tlaquepaque. Here you can find all the restaurants, the park, the market and loads of shops and galleries.
The area is safe day and night and you dont have to worry about anything. I lived here my self as well with my children. I know all the neighbors and all are friendly and will help you when you ask.
On one corner of the street you have a small grocery store where you can also find some fruit and vegetables. On an other corner there is as well a grocery store but a very small one. Two corners away there is a pizza place where they also have lovely salads that they deliver at your house as well. Prices are very good and a salad will cost you around 90 pesos.
Getting around
The easiest way to get around is Uber. These are less expensive then a taxi and you know that you will pay the right price.
For the center of Tlaquepaque you can walk. For a bigger grocery store you can go to Walmart. Again an Uber is the easiest way.
Guadalajara will cost you around 100 pesos with an Uber or you can walk 5 blocks and take bus 647 that will take you there in 30 minutes for 10 pesos.

How to get there
The airport from Guadalajara is at a 25 minute taxi ride away. Uber is not allowed to pick up people from the airport so you have to take a regular taxi which will cost you around 350 pesos.
What you could do is take a regular bus towards Guadalajara and take an Uber from there. This will be much cheaper and probably will safe you up to 200 pesos.
If you arrive at the new bus station (nueva central camionera) it is about 15 minutes with a taxi. You can buy a taxi ticket inside the terminal which will cost you around 80 pesos. From here you also can take an Uber which will be cheaper.
