Amenities The complex at Puerto Chico has beautiful, well-maintained gardens, planted with tropical flowers and palm trees to provide plenty of colour throughout the year. The communal swimming pool is heated and there are several seating areas around the pool where you can enjoy the sunshine. Other facilities on the complex include Wifi internet connection throughout, satellite television with several British channels available. The complex also has a manned reception, with English and Spanish speaking staff who are happy to help with any enquiries you may have. Just a short stroll away along the seafront promenade there are plenty of restaurants and bars, as well as the pedestrianised shopping street in the heart of Playa Blanca.
Services For guests staying longer than one week there will be a full clean with sheet and towel change halfway through your stay. A welcome pack is provided for your arrival.

We had a lovely week in this apartment on the lovely seafront complex of Puerto chico. Extremely quiet with heated swimming pool and newly landscaped gardens The new harbour/marina is nearing completion.

Urlaub durch Kakerlaken vermiest
Der Lärm durch die Baustelle hat uns weniger gestört. Das Auftreten der Kakerlaken sowie mangelhafte Sauberkeit waren erheblich schlimmer. Der Fußboden war weitestgehend sauber, weiter oberhalb war es im Bad und in der Küche teilweise nachhaltig schmutzig. Unter der Mikrowelle war der ursprünglich weiße Boden graubraun bis schwarz plus tote Kakerlake. Aus einem Schrankfach lief eine lebende Kakerlake. Wir haben reklamiert, es wurde nachgereinigt. In der Anlage begegneten uns die Tierchen ebenfalls. Am letzten Abend eine weitere lebende Kakerlake im Schlafzimmer. Wir waren froh, als wir abreisen konnten.

Playa Blanca Hell
We have been to Playa Blanca many times and were really happy to be staying at Club Puerto Chico right on the sea front, so imagine how disappointed we were to arrive to a building site in front of us! They are building a new Port a 4 year project the noise was horrendous. Lorries arriving continually during the day and tipping blocks and rubble, a digger beeping all day piling the bricks into a huge pile at least 60 feet high. The work started just before 7.30 in the morning until 5.45 in the evening every day except Sunday. We were not notified of any disruption and were quite honestly glad to get home to some peace.
