Villa La Timpa is an ancient and majestic villa which enjoys a wonderful view of Mount Etna and the homonymous nature reserve whose promontory is characterized by volcanic rocks and several fault lines where it grows dense vegetation. The villa la Timpa is on three floors, each of which is surrounded by very large outdoor areas from which you can see both the mountain and the sea. The exterior of the ground floor is characterized by a large patio with private jacuzzi where you can relax during the hot summer days, drinking a glass of wine and enjoying the sea view as if you were on a ship. Inside: The villa is spread over three floors. The ground floor of an ancient Sicilian kitchen, an old and characteristic winery, a bathroom and two large living rooms with a pool table. The upper floor, connected by a grand wooden staircase, consists of a modern kitchen well equipped with a big dining area, three large double room with AC, one twin room with AC and two bathrooms. The third floor consists of a kitchen, a room with a french bed, two double rooms and two bathrooms Outside: Villa La Timpa is surrounded by a lot of very spacious terraces. The big terrace close to the kitchen of the first floor with dining area offers a spectacular view of Mount Etna (if you're lucky you can see the eruptions!). The other two terraces has a stunning view of the sea. The one at the ground floor has big patio with dining area, sunbeds and a big jacuzzi. CONDITIONS UPON ARRIVAL: 1. All guests have to show their ID or Passport 2. Payment of the security deposit of €100,00 will be required in cash and will be returned at check-out 3. Payment of the tourist tax NB: The jacuzzi is SEASONAL. Check in is until 8PM. A late check in is to agree with the owner, it depends on availability and an extra charge is applied. Free Wifi
