Also in the property is a fitted kitchen with a dining area, a larger dining room where everyone can eat together and sitting room with seating for eight and a woodburner. Outside is off road parking for five cars and a shingle garden with a patio, furniture and a barbecue. Off road parking for 5 cars. Shingle garden with patio, furniture and BBQ. Three well-behaved pets welcome (downstairs only). Sorry, no smoking. Shops, restaurants and pub 2 miles. Note: No stag/hen or similar. Note: There is a fenced pond in the grounds, children should be supervised. Note: Property attached to a farm barn. Please note: the owner takes a good house keeping bond of £150 (cash on arrival), which will be returned within 3 days from the end of stay, providing the property is left as it was found. Please note there will be some minor building work going on at the property next door but one til the end of April 2019 a 10% discount has been applied to the rental during this period , for further details please contact the office and we can pass any questions to the owner, thank you. Region: Picturesque rolling Fens, unspoilt beaches, and pretty waterways – East Anglia is a dream holiday destination. Norfolk offers beaches, saltmarshes and quaint villages whilst equally as charming are the coast and countryside of Suffolk. Town: King's Lynn is an historic, medieval port dating back to the 12th century, situated on the River Great Ouse. A treasure trove for history lovers, the town boasts grand merchant houses, art galleries and museums, while the Custom House, built by Henry Bell in 1683, is home to a special display of the maritime history of King's Lynn, as well as the Tourist Information Centre. The town retains its original, winding streets and alleys and boasts good shopping facilities, with a combination of national retailers and specialist shops, along with a selection of pubs and restaurants.More
