Last but not least keep in mind that the cluster of Villas is located near the city center ( 3,5 KM) something very important if you want to have easy access to the bars and restaurants of the City and the amenities that that city provides ( super markets e.t.c). Apart from that it is directly connected to the main roads that lead to either the West part of the island ( most important and famous beaches) or the east side of the Island ( Nydri, Syvota) without making circules around the island.
