Well sizes new build groundfloor appartment. Nice lounge/dining area with open kitchen. All apliances provided for. 3 well sized bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with walk-in showers. Nice terras on the front side . ( afternoon and evening sun) and a small terrace on the back side. Satelite TV and Wifi. Close to the beaches of Mar Menor ( +/- 700m) and close to typical Spanish villages of San Pedro del Pinatar,Lo Pagán and Santiago de la Ribeira. 10 min drive frm Murcia Airport ( San Javier) 15 min drive to ' LA Zenia ' shopping center ( one of the largest in Spain....Well sizes new build groundfloor appartment. Disappointing, needs a little TLC

The accommodation itself was fine, however some minor issues which owner could easily rectify. Shutter at rear was faulty, lock on back door needs replaced, these were both security issues. The towels provided have seen better days, would not cost too much to purchase replacements...More
