Holiday Rental House
Spacious private house with garden, pool and terraces. Situated on the edge of the most quiet part of the village as there is no through traffic but plenty of parking available close by. A 5 min walk takes you to the old castle or 5 min the other way takes you to the many shops, banks and restaurants all on the same level, so no hills to climb unless you want to. Sleeps up to 8 with bedrooms and WC´s on every floor offering much privacy between rooms. The kitchens large glass sliding doors leads you into a small and delightful, plant filled court yard, perfect for eating outdoors, especially at night when the castle is often lit. A small gate takes you through to the garden where you find sun loungers along side the pool. Under water seating runs down the full length of pool on both side...Spacious private house with garden, pool and terraces. Under water seating runs down the full length of pool on both sides providing safety at arms reach for novice swimmers and a comfortable place to take that siesta, waist deep in cool water where you have sunshine all day long or lie in the shade of the orange tree. The roof terrace is also ideal for eating out round the 6 seater table, as well as providing the perfect private place for all over tans. An outdoor shower is close by, as is ample shade. BEDROOMS: Terrace bedroom room 1,Top floor. Queen size double bed with en suit shower and WC. Bedroom 2, Middle floor. Double bed. This is adjacent to the main bathroom and on the same level as the lounge, kitchen and garden. Bedroom 3, Ground floor. Queen size double bed with en suit bath and WC. Bedroom 4. 2 singles ideal for children as you have to walk through to reach bedroom 3. Large, bright open plan and well equipped family kitchen diner. with gas hob, large fridge\freezer, washing machine, microwave, toaster, coffee perculator, fire extinguishers, etc, etc. 8 seater dining table. Access to court yard and pool. GENERAL: The pool cannot be seen from the kitchen but there is a child gate preventing access from the court yard to the pool area. The kitchen and courtyard are on the same level providing a large area for a young child to play inside and outside but there are two steps down from the kitchen to the lounge. All good quality linen and towels provided. Mid week cleaner provided if required for 30euros. The sheets and towels are normally changed weekly but there are plenty more on hand at no extra cost if required. Fire wood is not provided but is stored on site for purchase at the local rate. ACCESSIBILITY: Cars can unload directly at the front door and there is never a problem parking just behind the house. Although there are not many steps within the property a short staircase leads you from the entry gate up to the main living area. An iron spiral staircase leads you from there to the terrace bedroom 1 and terrace. OUTSIDE: A gas barbecue is provided. Tables and chairs and sun loungers are provided for both garden and the terrace. The pool is private and measures 2.5m x 5m. and is heated by the sun only. Open the large doors to the ground floor bedroom 2 to gives the room an added extention with an open cool atmosphere on those hot summer nights. The terrace bedroom 1, opens onto an under cover sitting area with sofa and large glass doors that open out onto the terrace where there are sun loungers and table and chairs. This is a quiet part of the village and we cater for people to come and relax in in a peaceful environment. Guests that have well mannered and well behaved children are very welcome. If your children do not fall into this category please do not book with us. No jumping into the pool, excessive screaming or ball games are not permitted.

About the neighbourhood
A peaceful location, as there is no through traffic, just on the edge of our pretty mountain village, beneath the old Moorish castle where you can park right next to the house.. The beautiful country side this area is famous for is just a stroll away where you can picnic and enjoy the fabulous views in complete safety. A 5 minutes walk in the opposite direction and you will find all the shops you will need including many bars and restaurants. Ronda and a choice of beaches within an hours drive away.
