This luxury ground floor apartment is the perfect location for a relaxing holiday. Close to the lovely fishing village of Alvor. Stylishly furnished with every convenience catered for. We have cable TV and high speed WiFi, which offers dozens of English language channels and a free film/TV library. The apartment comprises of a large lounge/dining room, modern kitchen, 2 bedrooms (1 double with en-suite and 1 twin). Family bathroom with spa bath.

The apartment has air conditioning/heating. All rooms lead onto a large private terrace with access to the large swimming pool, exclusive to our block, as well as gardens and BBQs. There are 2 secure underground parking spaces with lift and video entry system.

About the neighbourhood
Alvor is beautifully sandwiched between the magnificent Algarve coastline and the majestic Monchique mountain range and is a quaint, historic fishing village.

Slide and Splash Water Park is 15km away and Zoo Marine is 20km.The Algarve is a golfers paradise and our apartment is ideally situated to take advantage of the best courses. The Penina Championship course also designed by Sir Henry Cotton is only a 5 min drive away. Many other fantastic courses nearby.
Some of the best beaches of the Algarve are easily accessible. Praia do Vau, Tres Irmaos and Alvor beaches are just 5 min drive or 20 - 30 min walk away.
Getting around
The town centre of Alvor is a 20-30 min walk away or 5 min drive. Alvor is a quaint fishing village, but boasts a great selection of restaurants, cafes, bars and shops to suit all ages and tastes. A taxi into town will cost approx €5. Buses also available from the main road.

There are shops, a mini market, cafes, bars and restaurants within a 5 min walk if you don't fancy popping into town.

Faro airport is 45 mins away, with daily flights from all over Europe. Budget flights available daily from most UK airports to Faro. Car hire is not essential, but recommended as there is so much to explore in the Region. Car hire easily available from airport. We recommend that you book this in advance. We can arrange taxi transfers for you with our property management company.
