A lovely detached 3 double bedroom bungalow with a large garden and off street parking which is at a premium especially during the summer months. A perfect location for couples and families alike, you will not be disappointed with this choice. Please note that the stairway to the upstairs bedroom is very steep and therefore is unsuitable for people with limited mobility. PLEASE NOTE ALSO THAT THIS IS A STRICTLY NON SMOKING AND PET FREE HOUSE. A £100 REFUNDABLE CASH DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED ON ARRIVAL TO COVER ANY BREAKAGES OR DAMAGES OR MISTREATMENT OF ANY KIND.

Very good location. Helpful Peter. A great place to stay. Wonderful sea views. Peaceful and quiet. Close to town and shops.

From the London area using the M2 head towards Canterbury and then Ramsgate and then Broadstairs. From the London area using the M20 head towards Dover and then Ramsgate and then Broadstairs. From Broadstairs town centre follow the High Street towards the sea front. At the bottom of the High Street turn left onto Albion Street. After 150 metres the road bears to the left. After another 75 metres take the right turning, this is Church Road. Continue straight along Church Road onto a narrow track. After 50 metres on the left is the parking for Sea Croft.
