Kitchen/diner area is well-equipped with an electric aga,microwave,fridge with ice compartment,dishwasher,washing machine,tumble dryer, coffee machine and a dining table,which can comfortably seat four. The lounge area has two sofas,and a Smart TV make for a great place to relax after dinner,curled up in front of the wood burner effect gas fire. From the ground floor hallway,stairs lead up to the first floor where there is a king-size bedroom and a bathroom with a roll top bath and WC. A door from the ground floor hallway leads out into the fully enclosed courtyard which offers a patio table and chairs,perfect for al fresco dining. More
