Cosy feel, but light and warm sitting room with two sofas and two tub armchairs.
Bedroom 1 -King size bed with ensuite toilet.  Fabulous views over Broadstairs and to the sea!

Bedroom 2 - Twin bedroom with sumptuous linen - all linen is white Egyptian cotton!
Bedroom 2 - Twin Bed room with feature fireplace.
Upstairs large family bathroom with separate shower and bath. Total of three toilets at property.
Relax with a glass of wine after a day on the beach!
Sitting Room - Still relaxing!
Two twin sofas and two tub chairs seat six.
Bedroom 3 - set up with two 2'6' beds. View down Dickens Road to the sea.

Seashells is a luxury holiday cottage that has just been rennovated. High ceilings, cornices, ceiling roses and feature fireplaces have been combined with stylish furnishings to create a homely feel from the moment you step into the hall. The modern and well-equipped kitchen/dining room is to your left with double doors opening to the patio and a large shower room lies ahead of you. The first floor has a sunny west facing living room at the top of the stairs and the three bedrooms, all with sea views, are well positioned for the luxury family bathroom. There is an ensuite loo to bedroom 1. Bedroom 1 has a King size bed. Bedroom 2 has two 3' twin beds. Bedroom 3 has two 2' 6' beds. Seashells is a stunning house! It is beautifully decorated and very comfortable, The house is in a very good location. near to the sea front,shops and excellent restaurants. I highly recommend this property.

The house is absolutely lovely with everything you could possibly need, beds so comfy! Location couldn't be better. Beaches, shops just a short walk away. Discovered parts of Broadstairs we had never seen before on our day trips, it is a lovely place with plenty of good restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!

Seashells is located at 1 Dickens Road in Broadstairs. It's a residential road, just 200m from Stone Bay. It's a 3 minute easy stroll into Broadstairs for all your local shopping, food and entertainment but it's a quiet street, so sleep is not disturbed.
Getting around
Most attractions are within easy walk from Seashells. If you would like to venture further afield, Seashells is a short taxi ride or 15/20 minute walk from Broadstairs train station. Trains run regularly from London (fast train 1hr 20mins), Canterbury and Ashford Intl as well as local stations Margate etc.
There is a local Loop bus stop 20 metres away from Seashells on Stone Road. This service runs in a loop to include Margate and Westwood Cross shopping centre.
Seashells is just moments from the Viking Bicycle trail around Thanet.

From A299 follow A256 Broadstairs (through Westwood Cross - supermarkets/shopping etc), go past Asda and turn right at next roundabout onto A255 Broadstairs. Go past Railway Station. Continue along the High Street, bear left before Haart Estate Agents on the corner. Continue down the hill, road narrows past Tesco Metro. Turn left into B2052 (Costa Coffee on the corner). Go past Royal Albion Hotel/Prezzo. Continue along B2052. Road narrows and then a sharp left hand bend. Continue up the hill and road briefly becomes Nelson Place. Continue up the hill and road becomes Stone Road. Take next right into Dickens Road - Seashells is first house on the left - 1 Dickens Road! Parking is on street. Eastern Esplanade has free on street parking too.
