We stayed for 4 nights in July and loved this place. It is located about 5 min outside Vreeland along a small street nest to the Vecht river. It is a bit hard to find as you can't see the boat from the street, just the postbox and there is a small parking place opposite.
The owner was there to welcome us and show us around. They are very friendly and helpful. We could borrow their bicycles, laundry machine, waterbicycle and he prepared the bbq for us.
From the boat you have an amazing view over the river including ducks and ducklings (be sure to bring bread to feed them!). It is a side part of the Vecht so not a lot of boats passing. You can jump of the roof or use the stairs on the side to swim in the river. Stairs are not very easy as they are those swimming pool stairs but they are a bit loose so you have to hoist yourself up from the water.
